To ensure the best print results, sellers are responsible for uploading correct, high-resolution design files that match their product listings.

Allpodi also provides automatic DTF file preparation tools to reduce errors and help sellers upload properly formatted artwork from the start.

Allpodi has a simple and fair refund process. If an order has a production or shipping issue, you can request:
A full/partial refund, or
A free reorder
The production partner reviews the request and responds with a resolution. If needed, you can escalate the case to Allpodi Admin, who will review all evidence and make the final decision to ensure a fair outcome.
Allpodi is free to use — no subscription fees. You simply add balance to your account through Stripe or Wise, then use it to pay production partners for your orders. You can also enable automation so payments process automatically as orders come in.

No, Allpodi does not charge any fees when you load your balance. However, payment providers may apply standard processing fees:
Credit card payments: ~3% fee
ACH direct debit: ~1% fee
Wise transfers: No fee (full balance added)

No. Production partners are not required to modify or prepare design files. Sellers must provide print-ready artwork for every order.
However, Allpodi is developing a Designer Account program, where approved designers will be able to assist sellers with artwork preparation when needed.
You focus on production — not design editing.
Sellers are responsible for uploading correct, high-quality, print-ready design files. If a file is missing or does not meet production standards, you may request a new version from the seller before proceeding — although it is not mandatory.
You always have control to ensure print quality meets your standards.
Allpodi follows a fair and structured refund process. If a seller reports an issue with an order, they may request a refund or reproduction. You will receive a notification and can respond with approval or a proposed resolution.
If an agreement isn’t reached, the case may be reviewed by Allpodi Admin, who will evaluate the evidence from both sides and make the final decision.

We are working on shipping insurance. If a product is scanned by a carrier service provider and they lose your item, the insurance will cover your loss.
Allpodi charges no subscription fees. You simply connect your Wise or bank account to receive payouts. Payments are sent on a regular schedule, with only standard processing fees applied per completed order and bank transfer.

If you have the required stock appears available in Allpodi, you are expected to fulfill assigned orders.
However, you can enable vacation mode anytime if you need to temporarily stop receiving new orders.
If a design file is incorrect or low-quality, you may request an updated file before production.
Full flexibility when needed — while ensuring reliable fulfillment for sellers.
If an item is marked out of stock, you will temporarily stop receiving new orders for that product until you update your inventory levels.
Keep stock updated to ensure a continuous order flow.
Timely fulfillment is important. If orders are repeatedly delivered later than your stated production time, your performance score may decrease, which can reduce your visibility and order volume on Allpodi.
For ongoing delays or unresolved performance issues, Allpodi may take further action, including temporary suspension.

Allpodi reviews your last 3 months of performance to determine badge status.
